How do I determine the correct diameter for my cable wrap or sleeving?
To find the right size, bundle the cables you wish to manage and measure the total diameter. We recommend choosing a sleeving diameter slightly larger than your bundle for ease of installation, or using a heat-shrink material for a tighter, custom fit.
What is the difference between plenum and non-plenum rated cables?
Plenum-rated cables are coated with a fire-retardant jacket and are designed for use in building spaces used for air circulation, such as dropped ceilings. Non-plenum cables are standard cables used for general patch cords and areas without airflow requirements.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large commercial projects?

Can I return custom-cut lengths of cable or wire?
Items that are custom-cut to your specific requirements (such as specific lengths of wire, floor runners, or sleeving) are generally non-returnable. We recommend double-checking your measurements before placing an order.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your selected shipping method.
