Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
